  • Local Shipping: We ship to all states and territories within Malaysia.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Please check our international shipping page or contact us to confirm availability.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Flat rate of RM10 for all orders within Peninsular Malaysia. East Malaysia may incur additional charges, calculated during checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above RM300 qualify for free standard shipping within Malaysia.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee of RM30, applicable only within Peninsular Malaysia.
  • International Shipping: Rates vary based on destination, weight, and size of the package. Detailed rates will be displayed during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia, and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia.
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for Peninsular Malaysia.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery times range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed the following business day.

5. Order Tracking

  • Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your order in real-time.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated on the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or the absence of a recipient, our delivery partner will make a second attempt. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the unlikely event of a lost package, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will investigate the matter.
  • If an item is received damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage to facilitate replacement or refund processing.

8. International Customs and Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on these charges before placing an order.
