Refund & Return Policy
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, if the product is found to be faulty or has manufacturing defects, we will gladly provide a replacement.
Replacement Policy:
- If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To process the replacement or resolve any technical issues, kindly follow these steps to create a support ticket:
How to Create a Support Ticket:
- Visit https://support.israk.my/login.
- Create a new account (recommended).
- Select the appropriate support category and provide a detailed description of your issue.
- Upload the required documents, including a picture of the faulty item, your invoice, delivery order (DO), and warranty letter.
- Submit your ticket.
- You will receive a notification with your ticket number and can await a response from our support team.
- Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same item. Replacements are subject to product availability.
- Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by the customer.
- We do not accept returns for items damaged by misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.
